Terms & Conditions

Bookings

Flowers by Louise will except booking within 12 months of event date,
Bookings are only made once a deposit has been paid. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required in order to make a booking.

Payments

Payments can be made at any time from date of booking up until 1 month prior to event date, please notify myself once a payment is placed

Any late payment will incur a late payment charge. 

All general shop orders must be paid at time of order.

When working with nature, there are no guarantees. We will do our absolute best to supply exactly what you order, however due to variances in the weather & seasonal availability of some flowers, we cannot guarantee availability, exact colors or shades. Should we need to substitute any flowers for you, we will select what we feel is the next best option.

Please remember....we are not Nature, we simply work with

Flowers by Louise retain the right to photograph finished work which may be used in self promotion and advertising.

Flowers by Louise reserves the right to cancel any event if at any time they feel that the obligations cannot be met

 

COVID-19 Policy

 

We understand this is a difficult time for you, Flowers by Louise will be offering postponement or change of date to all weddings and/or event with no extra charge. Any wedding that need to cancel we will offer full floral credit to be used elsewhere

 

We will be as flexible as possible to accommodate new dates for all Wedding/Events

 

Covid - 19 has impacted the availability and cost of flowers we don't know how or if this will effect us in the future but we ask our clients to be understanding and trust that we will create something beautiful for your special day.

 

If you have something specific that MUST be including in your bouquet please be mindful that we will try our absolute best to source it but cannot guarantee it will be available on your date - specific flowers can incur an increase in cost.

 

This has been tough on growers and importers and unfortunately all florist are experiencing this

 

We will continue to keep you updated on any changes and thank you for your understanding.
